iCloud.com keeps logging me out straight after I log-in.

This happens on all my devices, including desktop. There’s no problem logging into my Apple Account, but every time I try iCloud, I get sent straight back to the ‘sign in ‘ screen

Troubleshooting iCloud Login:



A. Turn Off All VPNs:

Are you using a VPN connection? If so, disconnect from it.


B. Update your Devices:

Are all of your devices up-to-date? If not, back them up, and them perform the update.


C. Go here: If you can't Connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support


D. Check Apple System Status:

Thank you for your reply.: I’ve done the troubleshooting you’ve suggested. I don’t use VPNs and my devices are up to date.

I’ve even been in contact with Apple support to try and resolve this, but the issue still persists.

Troubles Logging into iCloud.com:


A. Clearing the the Temporary Files:

How to do so would depend on the browser. Here is how to do so on for Safari on an iPhoneGo Here: Clear the History and Cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch - Apple Support


B. Try Another Browser:

If it is officially iCloud.com, and not your Apple Account in Settings, then try using using another browser (ie Chrome or Brave)


C. Try Another Device:

What happens when you try logging in to iCloud on another device? Does this still occur?


D. Try Another User:

For troubleshooting purposes, create a new Administrator user and see if it then works.

if your primary device is Mac , and the issue persists erase the hard drive and reinstall Mac OS , the other devices are also synced , so signing in is difficult , also other devices like iPhone / iPad are also getting corrupted .

In case if you are using third party apps / softwares , cleaners , uninstall all of them .

I’m having the same issue my nephew uses my iMac to download his baseball videos from his iCloud however, every time he signs in it signs automatically back out. We’ve tried numerous different computers even on mobile device all have the same issue. His phone is up-to-date. There’s no VPN’s. As of right now, he is unable to download from his iCloud on a desktop. And I cannot log into his iCloud via my mobile phone because it does the same thing. It automatically logs out.
