Why can others edit my iPhone alarms through the world clock widget on the lock screen?

I am using iPhone 11Pro Max with OS 18.3.2, and recently I noticed something with my phone security, the other people can access my alarms using the world clock widget I added in the lock screen and they can edit my alarms, even I disabled access lock screen widgets from Face Id and Passcode. I believe this is something bad: they can disturb my sleep and change my plans by changing the alarms I set for the morning. did anyone notice this or was it only with me?
