I have a laptop (windows) a Android phone and an iPad. My laptop and phone can access beta.bitmeet.io. But I cannot access this website from any browsers in my iPad. I can see the title and the favicon on browsers tab, but the whole page is empty. (they are using the same WIFI). Thanks.

Presumably you are using the Safari browser App.
Are your friends devices using the same version of iOS/iPadOS as your iPad? Similarly, have you compared your Safari browser settings?
Settings > Apps > Safari >
If enabled, for diagnostic purposes, consider disabling Private Relay:
Settings > [Your Name / Apple Account] > iCloud > [iCloud Features] Private Relay > Private Relay - set to OFF
By the way. My friends using iPhone or Macbook can access this website normally.
