Why does data service stop working after powering off or when the iPhone dies?
when i power my phone off or when it dies the service stops working until completely

same here … so many new bugs developing as well with each app update, I’ve been impatiently waiting for the new iOS update… I hope they will fix all the issues without creating another bug.
try to configure the new esim as a backup up option - and allow the exchange of cellular data as well as enabling the option of using the data plan if WiFi connection fails. Everything is in the settings-cellular plan. Just enable everything
