Note, that the time and date you refer to does not mean that is when the purchase was made, it is just when it was billed. A free trial could have been started a month ago. To review a legitimate purchase by Apple, you would find that here:

How you proceed will depend on what you find out. If you do not see it there, then it would indicate your card has been compromised and you will need to contact your bank that issued the card to dispute it. What is the exact description of the charge you see on your billing statement?

If you do see the charge there, then it will depend on a number of factors, such as:

  • Are you using a Family plan with Purchase Sharing to allow members to make purchases?
  • Have you given your Passcode to anyone else that authorized them to use your device and that would include purchases?
  • Is the charge for a free trial that was started, but never cancelled? You would also have to cancel that subscription.
  • Are you sharing your Apple Account with anyone else?
  • Purchases to your Apple Account require double clicking the side button on your device, followed by verification with FaceID/TouchID or Passcode.
