My iphone 11 battery health drops from 100% to 91% in just 1 and a half months even though im following every iphone battery tips. At this rate will my battery last at least a year without replacing it?

If it wasn't done by Apple or an authorized service provider, that would explain the problem. Unauthorized shops do not have legitimate access to genuine Apple parts or the tools required to install and register them properly.
If it was done by Apple or an authorized service provider, take it back to them. the work and parts are warranted for 90 days.

Same questions as KiltedTim asked. Who replaced the battery? Only Apple and actual Apple Authorized Service Providers have access to authentic Apple parts, which includes batteries. If it was Apple or an Authorized Provider take it back to them. If it wasn't Apple or an Authorized Provider, Apple won't touch the phone now, so take it back to whoever you paid to replace the battery.
Ps: It might have helped if you had told us upfront you bought a used iPhone and had the battery replaced when you bought it.
The iPhone 11 was discontinued about 2 1/2years ago. If the battery was replaced, it's a faulty battery. If it wasn't replaced, it's failing and needs to be replaced.

Let's see......iPhone 11 was released in 2019, 6 years ago. It was discontinued by Apple in 2022, 3 years ago. So your 1 and half month old Phone was built between 2019 and 2022. At a minimum, it was 3 years old when you bought it. If it sat on a shelf for a long, or was used, the battery was already ready to degrade. When the battery health dips to 80% or less, you will need to pay Apple to replace the battery.
