Is it possible to manage two Apple Watches on one iPhone?

I have 2 apple watches on my iphone. I want each watch to keep their own activity rings, but when I put on one watch, it has the same activity as the other watch when I put it on.

How can I keep track on each watch separately?

That's the problem. You each need to pair the watch you wear with your own iPhone using your own Apple account.

Do not share a phone. Do not share an Apple account.

If he does not have an iPhone, then you will have to set his watch up for a family member, meaning some features will not be available. If you set it up paired with your phone, then both watches are yours. They can't be used to track things for two different people if they are set up with the same Apple account and there is no way to set one up with a different apple account without setting it up for a family member.
