Hello,
I couldn't found the "Touch ID & Passcode" option on iPhone SE running iOS 18.3.2.
The Touch ID works with fingerprint added long time ago, but when I'm trying to add more fingers today, noted the the entry point is gone !!!
Any idea what's going on and how can I fix this ?

You probably have Screen Time restrictions enabled which can cause the Touch ID and Passcode menu to hide. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Allow Changes > Passcode Changes > Allow.
