Private relay email not going to real email

The private relay email address I decided to use is not forwarding emails to my regular account. Argh. How do I find out/change what email address the private relay is sending to incase there is a mistake there and/or how do I otherwise fix this?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18

I have had that problem also. What helped me is when you go into your Apple device in the settings, you can update your username or contact information there. Once you do that, you can change the email address in there also. Anything that goes to the private relay email address will then be forwarded automatically to your new email address. I hope this helps you.
