How to edit Emoji's on Mac.

Over a period of time, I have managed to create various Emoji's on my iphone 14, which also covers my Mac's. Some have become outdated or not appropriate and I was to delete them.

Does anyone have an idea how this is done, on my iphone only or possible on my Mac?
