Can screen burn-in occur in iPhone StandBy mode?

It "can" use "always on" display on supported iPhone models, but it's not mandatory.

However, it is obvious that continued use of this mode, combined with the "always on" option, may somehow affect the screen life.

If the "always on display " option is disabled, then (as IdrisSeabright correctly suggested) you can set Standby Mode to "Automatically" or "After 20 seconds" (see the section Set display preferences for when StandBy is on in the support page I posted in my first reply).

In this configuration the screen is not used all night, so the risk of decreasing the health of the screen is practically zero.

I've been using my phone in Standby Mode with AOD enabled pretty much since the feature was released. I have no screen issues. But you can always adjust how the Standby display works in Settings>Standby>Display. You might consider setting it to "Automatically."

Apple uses special modes with 1hz mode to disable screen burning. Don’t afraid of that apple thinks about that and by the way from updates thay can also disable it to 10-15%

Actually, it works even if AOD is enabled (as it is on my phone).

Apple could do a better job documenting features, as you often have to go to two or three places to find the things you need to adjust to accomplish one thing.

My iPhone is a prehistoric model... so I couldn't test AOD :(
