How do I cancel an unpaid Apple subscription and download apps?
I can't buy or download any apps, and it says I have to pay apple.com.bill.
Please cancel!!!!!! I can't use my phone.

You have to pay for any amount you owe before you are able to download any additional apps. Subscriptions can be cancelled here, but that does not mean you do not have to pay for the amount you currently owe, that just prevents them from being renewed again.
