Apps suddenly aren’t clickable but scrollable

iPhone 15 Pro Max

iOS 18.1.1

I use Telegram a lot and sometimes when I do an action in-app, the app elements (like the chatbox, call buttons, and all other buttons) become frozen. You can’t click on anything, but you can scroll on your chat. It’s not consistent, it happens on random situations.

I would have to manually close the app, and start it again.

Same thing happened on Reddit. You can scroll but you can’t click the thread like it’s just frozen.

Is this an in-app problem? Or is this Apple’s problem? Lol I don’t know if it’s an iOS 18 issue (came from Android lol).
