Hello, I bought a new phone a few days ago, an iPhone 16, of course I cloned it from the old phone to the new one, but I forgot the iCloud password, is there an option to remove it without the old password?

Activation Lock cannot be bypassed without either entering the Apple Account credentials it is locked to or providing Apple with the original proof of purchase receipt. The second option may be your best bet considering you forgot the Apple Account credentials and the fact that you purchased the iPhone a few days ago, so I assume you should have the proof of purchase.

You don't need access to your mail to unlock the Activation Lock.
