Apple Mail how to disable "Paused (On Battery)"

Apple Mail won't download messages while on battery unless I click on the "Paused (On Battery)" message.

I don't need to save my battery, I want it to just download my messages automatically regardless.

How do I disable this so it always downloads messages?
