How do I fix random mouse stuttering on Mac mini?

I've seen several posts on this and I don't know why it hasn't been fixed yet.

Sometimes at random my mouse will just stutter?

I've tried restarting, tried using different mice - wired and wireless. But nothing works.

Anyone have a fix or if any engineers see this, can you make this an official bug?

My bluetooth mouse stutters if I have poorly shielded USB devices connected. My workaround is to move the mouse closer to the Mac while I use such cheap USB devices. ...or sometimes I have to blow some air into the mouse's scanner "eye" (sp?) to remove some dirt from it...

This could be potentially caused by the mouse. Do you have the make/model of your mouse at hand?

It's not an official bug, but could be related to software conflicts, e.g. Activity Monitor could help you troubleshoot this. Open Activity Monitor on macOS via the Launchpad, then look at the CPU and Memory tabs - any process that's using a lot of resources (like 50% or more CPU) could be bogging down the system and affecting the mouse.
