I need assistance with keychain password. I forgot it

I purchased a new macbook and transfered all my files to it. I upgraded to Sequoia and now the keychain access is not in the utilities files anymore. I also downloaded microsoft 365 and I can't use it until I enter my keychain password. Does anyone know how to change the keychain password in keychain in this new system. I am locked out of microsoft 365 until I allow it access to my keychain
