How do I fix websites asking to download or disable VPN on iPhone?

Please help i am lost and confused- so- specific websites wont work for me. They are asking me to “download” the website, like if i click on a reddit post- it’ll say “would you like to download (and then it shows the entire reddit post title” example: would you like to download “got a new achievement” - other thing is telling me i need to disable my vpn to access this website (now.gg) i have this website for about a year and never had problems with it- now its telling me i need to disable my vpn (i dont have vpn nor have i ever) idk whats fully wrong, assistance required please.
