Remotely unlocking iPad if showing disabled

Hi,

We use ipads for our team. One of our colleagues today forgot the password and ended up disabling the ipad. It now shows "Ipad is disabled, connect to iTunes". However, the iPad is in another city where our team is located. How can I enable it remotely? I logged in to manage by iCloud and even Find My but cannot figure out how to do this. The location where the Ipad is located is another city and they do not have access to a computer with our iCloud account. Thank you!

You don't, you need to physically have the ipad so you can plug it into iTunes and restore it to factory settings.

Have said person ship the device overnight or they can find a computer with itunes on it to restore it.
