How do I request a refund for an inaccurate subscription cost on my Apple Account?

I'm unable to request a refund under the billing information on my account. I attempted reaching out to customer service it didn't help in the slightest. I know I was charged incorrectly, and my life doesn't revolve around correcting what is done wrong after confirming/verifying what amount Apple, and I agree to. It's currently becoming worse as I'm noticing discrepancies.

It is extremely beyond the window in regard to the policy I see on Apple's website. I need to know how to make a claim where someone can really sit and evaluate this better on my behalf as a customer since my adolescent and an on-the-go human being. No one would notice this unless they are knowledgeable on the constant grand larceny that occurs from a legal perspective.
