How do I get a refund for an unintentionally canceled app subscription?

I didn't know how to extend the subscription and my funds were suddenly cut off without a return

A subscription generally remains active until the end of the paid-up subscription period, and may renew automaticaly, unless you cancel it.


Try opening the Settings app. 

Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Tap the subscription you want to change.

Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

See if there's any info. about what has happened:

You can: View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support


You can check or report on Apple support's : "Report a problem" site: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6


You can: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If there's a problem with your payment method eg; expiry date needs updating:

See what to do: If you need to change or update your Apple Account payment method - Apple Support
