How do I get a refund for an unintentionally canceled app subscription?

A subscription generally remains active until the end of the paid-up subscription period, and may renew automaticaly, unless you cancel it.
Try opening the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to change.
Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
