My phone doesn't see my old e-SIM. And my add e-SIM button is gone. I've been without cell service for 4 days now. Technical support didn't help me and the store couldn't help me either. The service is just top notch. I'm in shock.

If you have an option for eSIM on your device then you will have EID. Please check if you have it.
Settings > General > About > EID

No, there is no such EID function. I have 13 Pro Max, and everything worked for several years before. I only used 2 e-sims. I am in the Netherlands.
