How can I clear Apple Account balance to change region?
hello i want to remove the 0.01 balance from my account as soon as possible to change the region to install new apps

Make sure you have a payment method issued in the new region as that may be required to download apps and you may also need to make sure any subscriptions have been cancelled and expired. If they have been cancelled, but not expired yet, you can use that same link above to terminate them sooner. More details are available here:
