Every time an update is automatically downloaded, it screws up my phone. The latest one has prevented me from getting into Global Entry, which I could access before the update. This was a huge problem when I traveled last week. Please help me get this latest update off!

You can't remove the latest update.....or any update for that matter.....so you will need to delete that idea.
Global Entry works just fine on my iPhone 11 and my wife's iPhone 11 both running iOS 18.3.2. Just checked again a few minutes ago.
We did not have to do anything except log on normally, but if you are still having problems, try a Forced Restart.

Downgrading isn't supported. It also seems unlikely that the update from iOS 18.3.1 to 18.3.2 would affect your access to a website. If Global Entry uses an app, make sure you update it.
What error message did you get when you tried to log in?

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.
It keeps asking if I need more time. Regardless of if I say yes or no, that message keeps reappearing, and won’t let me move on. I did call technical support for the TTP; they didn’t think it was their website.
It’s also odd that this started happening immediately after the update occurred.
