How can I enable Dynamic Island box animation on iPhone?

I have a iPhone 15+ and in that I need the expanding box animation on iPhone whenever I unlock my phone or any app..though it’s there on some apps but not for all. When I unlock my what’s app with Face ID its shows the normal animation but once I saw a stranger doing it and the box appeared so is there anything settings I should change for it?..Plz help
