How do I fix a rapidly sliding application activity module on Apple Watch?

Complication activity module slides rapidly and repeatedly back and forth. I can’t stop it nor get my watch faces back and more.

I’ve tried changing the choices of the complication, but nothing works. Pressed the face down firmly, tried everything.
