First, please try a Forced Restart to determine if this is a software-related issue. It will delete any corrupt software files and re-index the file system. Be sure to perform it quickly as shown below and ignore the Power Off slider that appears midway.

• Press and quickly release the Volume Up Button
• Press and quickly release the Volume Down Button
• Press and hold the Side Button until you see the Apple Logo

Then, if the above doesn’t help, this would be a hardware-related issue. In which your iPhone needs to be checked out at an Apple Store Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Also ensure your Color Filters are turned off: Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Color Filters. After you’ve checked that, tap the Back button, and ensure Smart Invert and Classic Invert are also off.
