How do I remove widgets from my iPhone Home Screen?

Thank you for providing that, it does help us. Those appear to be widgets on your Home Screen. To remove them, hold on them then tap Remove Widget.

That would be the Today’s View. My advice above still applies, to get rid of the widgets, simply hold on them and tap Remove Widget. If you are trying to get rid of the entire menu, that won’t be possible though.

Neither do we know what it’s called without more context. A screenshot would be very helpful.
