How can I restore the RNDIS/Ethernet Gadget interface on my Raspberry Pi Zero?

Hi everyone, So, one night while working late I had an Raspberrypi zero2w connected to my M1 Pro MacBook, which showed up correct under Network as a RNDIS/Ethernet Gadget. For some reason I have deleted that connection, and now when I connect my rpi zero it does not show up anymore.
