How do I get a refund for a declined split payment on AirPods 4 order?

I was making an order for Airpods 4, decided to use split payment with my visa cards but one got declined but the other one went through. I was charge $70 and No Email or Order Confirmation.

Will I get my refund back or was i just charged and cant get my money back
