How do I find the purchase date of my Mac?

If your Mac is associated with your Apple Account/ID then you may find purchase info at the top of that screen.

Otherwise you'll have to come up with a copy of your sales receipt or order invoice, whether that's a hard copy or something in email. Apple Store sales will often send receipts to email if you agree to that.
