Unable to download games on my new iPhone from the App Store
I just got my very first iPhone and I'm trying to download games and such but I can't it's just spinning without saying anything

Have you added a payment method to your Apple Account?. You usually need one to use your account in the various Apple online content stores; App Store, iTunes, etc.
On a Mac;
• Open the System Settings app (in the menu)
• Choose your Apple Account
• Choose Media & Purchases
• Choose View Account
• Choose Manage Payments
• Add a payment method to your account details
On an iOS/iPadOS device;
• Open the Settings app
• Choose your Apple Account
• Choose Media & Purchases
• Choose View Account
• Choose Manage Payments
• Add a payment method to your account details
