You are incorrect on this. It means you need to update the operating system to use the Capital One app. The Capital One app is not prohibiting you from updating the operating system.

That fact that you have an iPhone 7 is what is prohibiting you from updating the operating system. iOS 15.X is the highest you can go for an iPhone 7.

You are incorrect on this. It means you need to update the operating system to use the Capital One app. The Capital One app is not prohibiting you from updating the operating system.

That fact that you have an iPhone 7 is what is prohibiting you from updating the operating system. iOS 15.X is the highest you can go for an iPhone 7.
