iMovie Ken Burns effect not working in project

iMovie ken burns effect stopped working in project since yesterday 29 March 2024. Any solutions for this problem?

iMovie Features not working Since updating to 18.3 iMovie features aren't working. It lets me add photos etc but won't respond and just stays on the same photo without moving on. I've done the later update 18.3.1 and tried deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing... help!

iMovie not responding OK, I have done EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING suggested on every site I could find. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled iMovie and STILL... "iMovie not responding" error. NOTHING has worked. So, with many regrets, I am looking for a FREE alternative. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Sorry about the CAPS, but I'm totally frustrated with this app. Thanks.
