tccd process uses 100+% of cpu

TCCD process uses 100+% of CPU when using pages on 2019 intel core i7 MBP 32gb ram Sequoia 15.3.2

I can force quit the process but it immediately restarts. All access to contacts have been turned off where else can I look?
