How do I fix a non-functional Lock Screen on iPhone?
My Lock Screen stopped working. Yes, I restarted and reset it. It’s still not working

It sounds like this is an issue with your iPhone’s screen digitizer. Since you have already performed a restart to no avail, as a result I suggest service at your nearest Apple Store’s Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider. In most common cases, they will replace the screen on your iPhone. Or more extensive repairs.
