Migrated from intel directly to M4 Pro Mac Mini - No Rosetta/2 ?

Had a Mac Book Pro (2019), Just purchased a 2024 Mac Mini M4 Pro. Migration went flawless but my Minecraft game runs crazy: FPS jump over 100+ then after about 2 or 3 seconds it drops down and freezes then speeds up again. Evening giving it 5 minutes to load up and settle in, it continues. I've tried all kinds of in game adjustments to no avail, and thats when I thought of Rosetta. Since I did not install it on the new system it never asked me if I wanted to install Rosetta. I read some statements before and check through finder right clicked on Minecraft and looked for "kind" and found it said Intel and not Universal. So my question is do I need to get Rosetta/Rosetta 2 and if so how would I applied it to Minecraft or for that matter any (Intel) based program that was migrated. I also have a card game that seems to be affected which also says Intel and not universal. Thank you in advance for any kind of help

Mac mini, macOS 15.3

It's been a while since I installed Minecraft so I forget the details but believe that it's just the launcher that is not Universal. Once you get Minecraft Launcher opened, clicking "Settings" on the sidebar, then "General". Enabling the option "Use Arm64 Java Runtime for Minecraft: Java Edition" will give you great performance despite the launcher still not being Universal.

you can manually launch the Rosetta2.app if that is your issue...

Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy & paste:

/System/Library/CoreServices/Rosetta 2 Updater.app
