Numbers folder not syncing from iCloud on new M4 Mac mini.

After upgrading my M4 Mac mini to MacOS 15.4 when accessing Numbers, files saved to iCloud Drive, Numbers folder are not available. A shared file previously created on the Mac mini is showing.

Files are available on iPad, iPhone and web iCloud. (strangely the shared on is not)

I have checked that sync is turned on in settings (mail, notes contacts and messages are syncing) and checked that numbers is syncing to the iCloud Drive.

Any ideas on what to try would be helpful.

I have completed a full restore to no avail.
