Turn Dictation Off:
Have no need for dictation? If so, turn it off:
“I checked the settings, keyboard, and the dictation is off.”

So what exactly is being dictated? Does is make a sound when you press a key on your keyboard and and a message pop?
I checked the settings, keyboard, and the dictation is off.
Everything I say, or someone else says in the background. There is no sound when you press a key. And there is no message that pops up. It dictates to any text field I am in at the time.
Everything I say or someone in the background says.
It dictates spoken conversation in the app I am using.
