How can I use my Jayden thermal printer with macOS Sequoia?

I currently use a Jayden thermal printer which did work with my older Mac computer. As of last week March 2025 I purchased a new iMac. Well it longer recognizes this product. Jaden is blaming it on the Sequoia system and they are not updated to that. Does anyone have a recommendation for a thermal printer that does work with this new system? Thank you!
