I have an iphone 15 promax iOS 18.4 which I need to mirror on my mac book air running on macOS Big Sur v. 11.7.10. Please let me know who I can do it. I have signed on with same apple id on both devices and connected to same wifi and still not able to mirror the phone on mac.

Incompatibility is the Culprit:
You cannot perform this on your Mac Model. You need a Mac with Apple silicon or Mac with the Apple T2 Security Chip and is using macOS Sequoia 15 or later. Your iOS version is fine though. See here: iPhone Mirroring System Requirements - Apple Support
Use a AirPlay Smart TV:
As an alternative, you might be able to mirror this to another device such as a Smart TV, as long as it is an AirPlay-compatible device.
