How can I unblock TikTok on my phone in the United States?

Hello, I recently moved to California, United States, and suddenly lost access to my TikTok account on my phone. I don't understand why it was working until two days ago but has now stopped. I also tried updating the TikTok app, but there is no option to do so in the App Store on my phone. I have more than 2 million followers on TikTok, and I desperately need to get it unblocked as soon as possible. Can anyone please help me how to get Tiktok unblocked again on my device??
