My relative in USA purchased iPhone 16 pro in December.
He denies to provide me a copy of bill.
I only have order number .
Pls help me in this regard as I live in India.

You can try here. If they signed in with their Apple Account it is not likely you will be able to get any information. A person can make a purchase without signing in, and you can get some information using the Order Number, Email Address, and Zip Code.

This is a user-to-user forum. No one here can get you an invoice. Unless you have the Apple Account information that was used to purchase the phone, Apple isn't going to give it you, either.
Why do you need an invoice for someone else's phone?
Apple sold the iPhone to the original purchaser. The purchaser’s name, address, phone number, products purchased are private and between the original purchaser and Apple. Any subsequent sales and repurchases, Apple has no knowledge of and will protect the original purchaser’s privacy.
You didn't purchase it. Someone else did. Apple is not going to give you a copy of the receipt.
