How do I reset Apple ID password with recovery key when phone number is inaccessible?

My child was playing with my phone,he entered the wrong passcode several times, and my iphone suddenly rebooted and then I noticed that it was erased and stuck on the "activation lock" screen. Now both my iPhone and Apple ID are locked.

Unfortunately I forgot my apple id password and when i want reset password of my apple id ,

This gives the message : "Apple Account has been disabled for security reasons".

I have my recovery key and phone number, but that phone number, was a virtual number and I can not get code again.Is there a way to reset my password?
