How do I fully uninstall the FaceBook Videochat app?

Someone here in the Apple community suggested that I run EtreCheck on my new Mac Studio to see if there's any junk that needs to be removed, because I had migrated everything over from my previous Mac. So I ran EtreCheck and I followed its suggestions and I removed lots and lots of stuff. But for some reason, this vestige of the FaceBook Videochat app keeps reappearing in the "System Modifications" section of the report, even after I deleted it and restarted.

User Launch Agents:
    [Other] com.facebook.videochat.***.plist (Apple - installed 2025-03-27)
        Command: /usr/bin/java -cp '~/Library/Application Support/Facebook/video/3.1.0.522/FacebookUpdate.jar' FacebookUpdate com.facebook.peep 3.1.0.522

At first I thought maybe there was some app that was putting it back, but I've checked and rechecked that directory, and it's not in there anymore. I've also tried running the suggested command in Terminal, and it said, "The operation couldn’t be completed. Unable to locate a Java Runtime." So why does it keep appearing in my system reports, even after I've deleted it?

The reference to java makes me wonder if this is related to this java pref that keeps appearing in these system reports, even though I've also deleted any trace of java or oracle.

Launch Agents:
Not Loaded] com.oracle.java.Java-Updater.plist (Not signed - Not found!)

So if it's not loaded and not found, why is it still appearing in the system report under system modifications? How do I get rid of this stuff?? Thanks

Mac Studio, macOS 15.4

Uninstall apps on your Mac - Apple Support

After that, open Finder, open the Go menu on the menu bar, and select go to folder (or, in the Finder, just press command+shift+G). After that, search this folders (separately):

  • ~/Library/Application Support
  • ~/Library/Application Support/CrashReporter
  • ~/Library/Caches
  • ~/Library/Containers
  • ~/Library/Cookies
  • ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
  • ~/Library/Logs
  • ~/Library/Preferences
  • ~/Library/Saved Application State
  • /Library/Caches

(source of the paths: pcmag)

Open each folder and "look for any subfolders or files with the name of the application you deleted and move them to the trash." - pcmag

If you just want a simpler way to do it, you can just install an app called AppCleaner (I don't recommend this, because it's more "insecure" - it's a third party unnecessary app).
