Unable to connect or find any nearby Wi-Fi networks

i drop my phone and it cannot connect to wifi but mu mobile data is still working, i tried the other ways but it’s all not working

The fall may have caused some internal damage, which would best be confirmed by scheduling an appointment at your closest Apple Store Genius Bar --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple


You can try the suggestions in this link first, but I suspect the fall damaged your phone --> If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
