What causes grey dots on my iPhone screen when moving?

When I start moving I get grey dots on my iPhone screen that are annoying. How do I turn them off. I looked on Accessibility/ Touch and I don’t see anything active. Except for tap to awaken

I believe you are referring to the Reduce Motion Cues feature. When you are riding in a vehicle, onscreen dot cues appear and represent how the vehicle is moving to help reduce your motion sickness. You can turn this feature off in Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Turn off Show Vehicle Motion Cues.
