How can I get a refund for an unintentional Adobe Premium subscription through Apple?

i inadvertently subscribed to Adobe … totally unintentional. I received the e mail notification for 99.67 charged to me for “Adobe Premium” yearly which I have no use for, have not used and will not use. I immediately and I do mean immediately ( within 2 minutes of receiving the notification) requested a refund. I was surprised when they denied my refund so I requested a review. They denied again and said the decision was final. Now I talked to 2 different reps with apple and they said there was nothing they can do.

Adobe has a 14 day cancellation refund policy but I cannot get this refund?? Crazy !

please help

In most cases, transactions in the App Store are final since they require you double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen followed by verification with FaceID or Passcode. Some developers offer a free trial that can be cancelled before the trial ends to avoid any charge, which Adobe could offer and would be similar to a 14 day refund policy, but that is only their choice if they want to include that as an option in the app.
