Could these unidentified charges be fraudulent?

I’m seeing an odd charge on my statement. My regular subscriptions are showing apple.com/bill but I have multiple unidentified charges that have the “&” sign before apple.com. Anyone else seen this? I’m guessing it’s fraudulent?

Unauthorized AED 29.99 charges from Apple.com/Bill Cork IE and Apple.com/Bill iTunes.com IE I received a message from my bank indicating a charge of AED 29.99 on [insert date] from APPLE.COM/BILL CORK IE. As a precaution, I immediately blocked the card and had it replaced with a new one. However, a few days later, I received a similar charge notification from APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE for the same amount. Neither of these transactions appears in my recent Apple purchase history or active subscriptions.
