My Apple Cash has been restricted for a week now and I have called Apple Support for help twice but they just told me “it under review”but it been under review for a week and I don’t see anywhere on Apple Cash for instructions on how to get it unrestricted.

You’ve not been talking to Apple Support. Apple Cash is a service of Green Dot Bank, a federally regulated financial institution. Apple has no input or ability to modify their investigations and final decisions .
Every effort is made to complete the investigation as quickly as possible. However, they may take up to 30 days to finalize the process and make a determination.
